Each email covers how your company is using the Agreement Cloud, how users can benefit and who to contact for more information. We recommend sending these in waves. The first template lets end users know Docusign is coming and invites them to learn more about the opportunities available with their new digital solution. The second announces that the first use case has officially gone live. The third template is designed to get executive sponsors and other key 'power users' engaged to support future initiatives. We recommend uploading the templates into Docusign when sending to your end users, so they can see how easy it is to use.
