zipForm error: Invalid Credentials


When you try to send a document for eSignature from zipForm Plus, you receive the error message "Invalid credentials."


You changed your DocuSign email or password but did not update your zipForm credentials to reflect this change.


1. Log into zipForm Plus and click on the arrow under "me" in the upper-right corner. Select View Profile.

2. Click Settings.

3.Under E-Signatures Options, click Link Existing DocuSign Account,  and in the window that pops up, enter your DocuSign log in credentials, and click continue.

If your DocuSign credentials are incorrect, you will the receive the error message "Invalid Email and/or password" in red Please try logging into DocuSign at If necessary, you can Reset Your Password.

If your DocuSign credentials are validated correctly, you will see a message stating "Your account was linked successfully "  in a yellow box at the top of the screen.
