DocuSign Transaction Rooms - Error: Linking your zipForm Account

If your brokerage uses Single Sign On to access zipLogix/zipForm Plus, and are having troubles linking your zipLogix/zipForm Plus Account to DocuSign Transaction Rooms, use this step-by-step guide to reset your password and successfully link your two accounts.

1. Login to your Association and access zipLogix/zipForm Plus®

2. From zipForm, select your name in the top right, and then select View Profile

3. From the profile, you will be able to see what UserName and Email is associated with account

4. Once you have copied the UserName and Email, close the browser

5. Next, login to zipLogix/zipForm Plus at: https://www.zipformplus.com/

6. Select Forgot Password and paste in the UserName

7. Check the email associated with the zipLogix/zipForm Plus account and follow the steps to change the password

8. Once you have successfully updated your zipLogix/zipForm plus account, login to DocuSign Transaction Rooms

9. After you login, select the image in the top right, and then on Settings

10. On the left-hand side, click on Integrations and then enter your UserName and updated Password

11. A green banner will appear if the account was successfully linked

New zipForm Plus:

If you are using New Plus you can find your user name by following these next steps:

1. Login to your Association and access zipLogix/zipForm Plus®

2. From zipForm, select "me" in the top right, and then select View Profile

3. From the profile, you will be able to see what UserName is associated with account

4. Now you can repeat steps 4 through 11 above.
