Why does my signer get the error "Envelope Not Accessible" when they try to open an envelope?
This error means that the sender of the document is either in the process of correcting the envelope, or has initiated the correction process and stopped without saving their changes.
Please contact the sender to confirm that they have saved any changes during the correction and attempt to open the document again.
Note: As a sender, it is important to either commit or discard any changes made when correcting an envelope. If you close the browser window without clicking Discard Changes or Correct, signer access to the document will be suspended until you reopen the document and either commit or discard the changes.
