Why can't I access or view envelopes I've sent or received in the past?
You can view envelopes from a wider date range or from a specific date range by modifying the current filter.
To modify the current filter:
- Log in to your DocuSign account and click the Envelopes tab.
- Click to select a folder, then click Filters.
- Enter the date range you want, select any additional filter properties, then click Apply.
- Envelopes from within the provided date range are displayed.
