Why are the fields in my PowerForm not populating?
When using a URL for a Web PowerForm, you can customize the URL to pre-populate information into the PowerForm. This can make the signing process easier for the recipient, by specifying an envelope custom field or field values in advance.Issue
If you have added field values to your PowerForm URL and the data is not getting pre-populated into the document, it may be due to the field being marked as Read-Only.Solution
You will need to update your workflow as follows:- You will need to edit the template associated with your PowerForm. Make sure that any fields that you want to pre-populate are not Read-Only.
- Use a different workflow, that does not leverage PowerForms. Learn more about the DocuSign API on the Developer Support Center.
