Why are envelopes missing from my inbox?

There are 4 default folders that can contain your envelopes: Inbox, Sent, Drafts and Deleted.

  • Inbox folder: contains envelopes that were sent to your account. 
  • Sent folder: contains envelopes that were sent from your account.
  • Drafts folder: contains only drafts created by your account.
  • Deleted folder: contains all deleted envelopes. 

Search the Inbox, if you are looking for envelopes that were sent TO you.

  1. Click on the Manage tab.
  2. Click the Inbox folder.
  3. Use Search: The Search box searches the Inbox folder for matches to the envelope name, recipient name, recipient email, and envelope ID.
    OR
  4. Modify Filter: Set the filter criteria to display the envelopes that you want. For example, to locate envelopes older than six months, change the Date filter to All.  

Search the Sent folder, if you are looking for an envelope that were sent FROM you.

  1. Click on the Manage tab.
  2. Click the Sent folder.
  3. Use Search: The Search box searches the Sent folder for matches to the envelope name, recipient name, recipient email, and envelope ID.
    OR
  4. Modify Filter: Set the filter criteria to display the envelopes that you want. For example, to locate envelopes older than six months, change the Date filter to All.
