Why am I not receiving notification emails from DocuSign Transaction Rooms

 

Issue

Not receiving emails from DocuSign Transaction Rooms.

Solution

DocuSign Transaction Room emails are sent from a docusign.net or docusign.com email address.

Please engage your IT department or ISP to determine where docusign.net is being blocked. 

Here are some settings you can forward to your IT department. 
  • Allow emails from the domains @docusign.net, @dtr.docusign.net and @docusign.com
  • Allow for a specific IP Addresses. Transaction Room emails will be coming from one of these IPs:
    • 54.241.16.209
    • 40.114.83.205
