Why am I getting the error 'Recipient email bounced' after sending a document?
IssueA document you sent shows a status of Recipient email bounced in the Documents list and the signer has not received the signing notification.
This may be due to an incorrect recipient email address or an error from an email provider.
SolutionFirst, ensure that the email address you're sending to was entered correctly and is valid. An invalid email address will always bounce and cause this error.

If the email address is valid, resend the document using the Remind feature.
In the Documents list, locate the bounced document and click REMIND to resend the signing notification.
