Why am I getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error?
- Cache & Cookies browser issue
- Embedded images or document formatting attributes that our system cannot rasterize properly.
- Rasterization Service issue.
If none of the above steps resolve, it may be a rasterization issue. Please check out the DocuSign Trust Center for the most up-to-date information.
- Clear browser cache and cookies, close/reopen browser, attempt to upload document or sign again
- Try using the DocuSign zoom in/out tool to see if the resulting refresh of the document allows it to appear properly
- If specific to one document, investigate the underlying Document.
