Where is my latest billing and invoice information?
Note: You must be the account administrator to access invoices.
Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. For more information about which options are available for your account, check your account plan or contact your Account Manager.
To get a copy of an invoice :
- Click your profile image, then click Go to Admin
- On the left-hand side of the screen under Account, click Billing and Usage.
- Select the invoice you want. It opens a PDF that you can download, save, or print.

If you are an administrator and you are still unable to download or view your invoice in your account, you can request an invoice from your Account manager or Support. Please log in to the DocuSign Support Center using your DocuSign credentials and submit a Support Case requesting a copy of your invoice.
Please include the following information:
- The email address that you use to log in to your DocuSign account
- Your DocuSign account number
- The last 4 digits of the credit card on file
