Where is my latest billing and invoice information?

You can access your invoices directly in your account.

Note: You must be the account administrator to access invoices.

To get a copy of an invoice :

  1. Click your profile image, then click Go to Admin
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen under Account, click Billing and Usage.
  3. Select the invoice you want. It opens a PDF that you can download, save, or print.

If you are getting a blank invoice, please try the following workaround.

    Option 1 - Account experience switch disabled: 
    1. Log in to your DocuSign Account, as an Administrator.
    2. Click on one of the following site specific links for your account:
    • Go to Profile | Preferences | Account Administration | Invoices.

    Option 2 - Account experience switch enabled: 

    1. Log in to your DocuSign Account, as an Administrator.
    2. Go to Profile Menu | Switch to Classic
    3. Go to Profile Menu | Preferences | Account Administration | Invoices.

    If you are unable to download and view your invoice in your account,  an administrator on the account can request an invoice from Support. Please log in to the DocuSign Support Center using your DocuSign credentials and submit a Support Case requesting a copy of your invoice. If you cannot log in to the DocuSign Support Center, you can also submit a Support Case from our Contact Support page. A DocuSign support representative can assist you in getting a copy of your invoice.

    Please include the following information:
    • The email address that you use to log in to your DocuSign account
    • Your DocuSign account number
    • The last 4 digits of the credit card on file
