Unable to link zipForm account to DocuSign: The redirect URI is not registered properly with DocuSign

Issue

Attempting to link your zipForm and DocuSign account results in the error,
"The redirect URI is not registered properly with DocuSign."

Solution

You will need to start from a different URL when first logging into your zipForm account.
Please log out of zipForm then back in starting at one of these three distinct URLs (any one of these will work):

https://www.zipformplus.com
https://new.zipformplus.com
https://m.zipformonline.com

Additionally, you may want to delete any bookmarks of previously saved zipForm URLs.
