Subject Access Request
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) aims to strengthen data protection for individuals within the EU, giving them greater say over what companies can do with the data that has been collected on them, and making data privacy rules as uniform as possible for businesses throughout the EU.

View or update my identity profile
To manage your identity profile details, go to My Preferences > ACCOUNT > Personal Information.

Change or update my account profile
Contact your DocuSign account administrator to make updates to your account profile.

Download an envelope
I would like to download an envelope.
You can download or print an envelope and documents from the Manage page.
- Locate the envelope that you want to download.
- Select the envelope, and select download from the Details view.

Delete an envelope
You can delete an envelope from the Manage page. For answers to the following questions, see Delete Envelopes.

Note: If you are signing and you need to delete an envelope, contact the Sender that sent you the request for signature to mutually agree to delete the envelope.
Delete an account
First, close or downgrade your account.
After you have closed or downgraded your account, you can request to delete your account using your name and email.

Contact the Sender that sent you the request for signature to mutually agree to delete the envelope.

- Use the subject data request form to start a request
