As a Salesforce Administrator, navigate to Setup > Company Profile > Company Information > API Requests, Last 24 hours. If you have exceeded your organization's limit, DocuSign for Salesforce will continue to experience errors until the count rolls over. If this limit was reached by one-off bulk actions, encountering this situation may not be a concern. If your Salesforce organization needs an increased API limit (either temporarily or on a permanent basis), you will need to contact Salesforce Support to discuss.
