SSO login error - The email address provided is not registered to your organization


Your DocuSign account is SSO enabled. after entering your email address and clicking continue, you get the error "The email address provided is not registered to your organization. Please contact your DocuSign Administrator."


If you have previously logged into your Identity Provider/Corporate login using a different email address, it might storing the other email address in cache or cookies. This will cause the Identity Provider to send the incorrect email in the SAML assertion, resulting in this error.


  1. Clear all cache and cookies in your browser.
  2. Re-attempt login
  3. If you are still unable to login, please reach out to your internal DocuSign Administrator/IT department to help get you provisioned for your organization.
