Print Driver Version v3.x - “Envelope Locked”
IssueI am getting the Print Driver error "The envelope you're trying to print to is locked. To unlock it, go to your DocuSign account and make sure the envelope is not open for editing. Then retry printing".
Print Driver Settings:
- Print to Send
- Send to Last Envelope
- Open in DocuSign after each Print to Send (optional)
Check if you have already opened the envelope in your browser. You must Save or Discard the envelope before printing more documents to it.
You may also want to "Reset Session":
1. Click on the Print Driver icon in the System Tray.
2. Select "Reset Session".
