Notifications for DocuSign for Real Estate Plus: Broker Edition Users

What notifications are available for Broker Edition users?

DocuSign Transaction Rooms Broker Edition users have additional notifications from the standard DocuSign Transaction Rooms notifications. Below lays out what these notifications are and how to enable them:

To enable any task (these options are found in the my account section from the web or tablet application):
  1. Click on the circle next to the task you’d like to enable.
  2. To enable notifications on mobile devices, sign into your smartphone or tablet application prior to setting up your notifications. You will not be able to enable to notifications for a mobile device prior to you signing into that application via the mobile device.
Activity takes place related to Tasks/Reminders:
  • Any activity that occurs with a task, you’ll receive an email, phone, and tablet notification if you so desire. The tasks notification will be related to anything declined, past due, reminders, a single tasks needing review, and an entire task list needing review.
A Transaction Room has been submitted for approval or approved (rejection notifications are sent automatically).
  • Any activity that occurs with a Transaction Room’s approval or rejection, you’ll receive an email, phone, and tablet notification if you so desire. As it states above, rejection notifications are sent automatically and cannot be disabled.
A document Task List has been submitted for approval or approved (declined notifications are sent automatically).
  • Any activity that occurs with a task list approval or declination, you’ll receive an email, phone, and tablet notification if you so desire. As it states above, declined task list notifications are sent automatically and cannot be disabled.
