How to Fill Out Zipform Forms within DocuSign Transaction Room’s Mobile Web Application

Within the DocuSign Transaction Rooms mobile web application, you can quickly fill out your zipForm® forms. This is only available today via the web browser(the browser on your mobile device). This functionality will be added to our mobile app for Google and Apple in the near future.

To fill out a zipForm® form from a tablet or iPad:

  1. Open your mobile browser and access realestate.docusign.com.
  2. Sign In.
  3. Locate the zipForm® form you’d like to edit. zipForm® forms are labeled as ZFX files.

If you need to upload a form to a Transaction Room, please touch Add within the Documents section, and then select which form(s) you’d like to add:

  1. Touch the ZFX file to open the zipForm® form within the Transaction Room.
  2. Touch anywhere within the yellow highlighted areas of the form to begin filling out each section.

  1. Once you’ve added all the information needed, touch Save in the upper left corner.

Note: If you don’t touch Save before leaving the zipForm® form, the information you’ve entered WILL NOT be saved.

Tip: You can always touch the zipForm® Open banner at the top of the zipForm® form to access your zipForm® account. If you touch the banner, you will be redirected to Zipform online, automatically signed in to your account, and brought to the Zipform Transaction you’re currently working on.

To fill out a zipForm® form from a smartphone:

  1. Open your mobile browser and access realestate.docusign.com.
  2. Sign In.
  3. Locate the Zipform form you’d like to edit. (zipForm® forms are labeled as ZFX files.)

If you need to upload a form to a Transaction Room, please touch Add within the Documents section, and then select which form(s) you’d like to add.

  1. Touch the ZFX file to open the zipForm® form within the Transaction Room.
  2. zipForm® will then display each section that needs to be filled out within that form. (zipForm® DOES NOT display the entire form on smartphones due to the lack of screen space.) To see the entire form, you need to access DTR through a tablet or PC.

  1. Touch the blue arrow to the right of each section to fill out that section within the zipForm® form.

  1. Once you’ve added all the information needed, touch Save in the upper left corner.
