How many login attempts do I have before I am locked out of my DocuSign account?

For all DocuSign accounts, there is a limited allowance for failed login attempts before the account is locked. If you enter several incorrect passwords, you will be locked out from logging in for a period of time. 

  • If you wait a short period of time and try again, you should be able to access your account.
  • If you need immediate assistance, you will need to contact your DocuSign account administrator to bypass this lockout duration. For additional details please see: New DocuSign Experience Security Settings
