DocuSign Transaction Rooms - Exporting documents from zipForm

You can export documents from zipForm into DocuSign Transaction Rooms.

Note: Your zipForm account must be linked to your DocuSign Transaction Rooms account to Export files. If your accounts are not currently linked, you will be prompted to log into Transaction Rooms during the export process. Once you sign in during this process, your accounts will remain linked until you remove this link in Transaction Rooms or zipForm.

1. Log in to zipForm and move the pointer over the tile that contains the documents to export into a specific transaction room.
2.Click the drop-down arrow on the tile and hover over Send to Other System.
3.Click Send to DocuSign Transaction Rooms.

4.Click to select the transaction room to export documents into, then click Link to a Transaction Room.

5.Click to select the documents to export into the transaction room, then click add Documents to Transaction Room.

6.Click Close. Your documents will be exported to the linked transaction room.
 
New zipForm Plus
1. Log in to zipForm and go to your transactions tab then move the pointer over the tile that contains the documents to export into a specific transaction room.
2.Click the drop-down arrow on the tile and hover over Send to Other System.
3.Click Send to DocuSign Transaction Rooms.

4.Click to select the transaction room to export documents into, then click Link to a Transaction Room.

5.Click to select the documents to export into the transaction room, then click add Documents to Transaction Room.

6.Click Close. Your documents will be exported to the linked transaction room.
