Symptoms

“Reply not compatible with license” ("Reply not compitable with license") error message appears when uploading a license reply

Resolution

Swap between the license keys (MiniKey tokens) of the appliances. That is remove the license key from appliance A and plug it in appliance B and vice versa. Next perform the license upload operation again.
