DocuSign Insight - Why does LTN stop working?


When trying to access LTN, the site will not come up. A restart will help but the issue occurs again. When you look at the tomcat logs for LTN, you see the following error:

28-May-2019 12:45:27.134 SEVERE [19] org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase$ Unexpected death of background thread [ContainerBackgroundProcessor[StandardEngine[Catalina]]]
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space



In order to resolve this, increase the heap size (jmx) setting for tomcat from the default 256 to 1024.
