DocuSign Insight-Why a policy does not appear in My Views List?

Issue

Two policies were activated in analytics. After that reprocess was executed but only one policy shows up in ScD UI.

 

Solution

There could be many reasons for this to happen. So in order to isolate the issue, first try to test the extraction policy on some contracts and see if it gets any hits. If 0 hits, then take a look at the policy in Analytics. Check if it has Sentence rules or paragraphs. If it has only sentence rules, then make sure Extract option is set to Sentence. Once that is done, perform reprocess all.
