DocuSign Insight-How to clear a hung reprocessing job from the UI?

Issue

The reprocessing job has halted before completing an entire batch and you want to start new reprocess job.

 

Solution

  1. From the ScD UI, go to Administration tab.
  2. Navigate to Advanced Page.
  3. Press on the "Run Now" button beside the "Remove reprocessing job lock"
