DocuSign Insight-How to clear a hung reprocessing job from the UI?
Issue
The reprocessing job has halted before completing an entire batch and you want to start new reprocess job.

Solution
- From the ScD UI, go to Administration tab.
- Navigate to Advanced Page.
- Press on the "Run Now" button beside the "Remove reprocessing job lock"
Note: This function is available from version 6.
