Docusign Insight - Dropdown list from the playbook answers is empty while bulk editing

Issue

While using the bulk editing feature in ScD UI, the dropdown list that came from playbook answer is showing empty and not showing the playbook answers.

Solution

That happens in Legacy UI when there are duplicate values in the playbook answers. Open the console log you would see the duplicate value. Go to playbook answers, search for it and delete the duplicate.
