DocuSign Insight - Documents failing with "Java heap space" Error
When ingesting documents, the importer log contains the following error:

- From the importer node, navigate to %seal_home%\service\importer.
- Double click to open
- From the java tab, increase
Maximum memory pool. Start with 4G and if the same issue persists increase it to 8G. Keep in mind the total RAM available on the server as you cannot exceed that limit.
- Repeat the same steps on any other node where importer may be running.
- Restart importer service.
- Restart the ingestion.
