Cannot locate ATN logs
 

Solution

The ATN log is found on on the client desktop under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Seal Software\Seal ATN\Logs in the following format ‘LOGYYMMDD.txt’

AppData folder is hidden by default, so you have to unhide it to be able to navigate to ATN log file

Navigate to %USERPROFILE% and from top menu, press on the "View" tab and check "Hidden Items"
