DocuSign Insight-ATN - Changing File Import Size Limit

Issue

When importing documents through the ATN tool, you are encountering file size limits being too small.

Cause

ATN has its own import file size configuration. This means that even if an administrator increases the importer master configuration to allow larger files to be imported, ATN imports are still the default 25MB.

Solution

To change this, open '%seal_home%/config/seal/seal-back/application.conf' and scroll down to line 208. If ATN was properly setup, some of these lines should already be uncommented. If not, you will need to remove the "#" from line 208, 210 and 216. If you need to change the location as well (if not already changed) the "#" will also need to be removed from line 209. Once removed, simply change the file size limit as necessary.

Example of default setting:

import {
location = "\\\\192.168.0.4\data\import"
# fileSizeLimit = 25.0

# Creates and exports a DOCX file. NOTE: setting this flag
# to true will send a DOCX version of the extracted document
# for processing instead of the original.
# createdocx = false
#}

Example after making changes:

import {
location = "\\\\10.71.0.4\\ATNImport"
fileSizeLimit = 125.0

# Creates and exports a DOCX file. NOTE: setting this flag
# to true will send a DOCX version of the extracted document
# for processing instead of the original.
# createdocx = false
}

Please note that it is always recommended to create backups of configuration files prior to making changes.
