DocuSign Refund Policy
DocuSign's refund policy is governed by the specific terms of the plan that you enroll in.
30-day window: If you cancel your Account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions prior to the passage of 30 days, you may request a refund for the full purchase price. This Risk Free offer is available one time only to any person or entity.
Note: The 30-day refund request window only applies to annual plans. Month-to-month plans are not eligible for refunds.
To cancel your account: Certain DocuSign account plans allow you to downgrade to free or close directly from your account.
Requesting a refund: Downgrading or Closing your account does not automatically initiate a refund. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please Contact Support for assistance.
It takes approximately 10-14 business days for us to process a refund. In addition, once we process a refund, it might take a few days for your bank to make the funds available.
Amount refunded: Refunds are based on the subscription rate, your termination date, and the cancellation policies for your plan type.
Refund approval: Refund requests will be reviewed against our cancellation policy for your plan type and to ensure the request was made within 30 days of your subscription start date. Refunds may not be provided if the request is outside 30 days of your subscription start date or your plan type does not allow for early cancellation.
