DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce - Failed to Resend DocuSign Envelope

Issue

Error - Failed to Resend DocuSign Envelope in DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce sandbox connected to a DocuSign Demo account when clicking on the Resend DocuSign Email button on the DocuSign Status object.

Possible Cause

If the envelope was sent more than 30 days ago...
All Demo envelopes that are older than 30 days on the DocuSign Demo account will be removed automatically. Demo accounts do not store documents longer than 30 days. 
 

Solution

Test with a more recent envelope.
