Support for DocuSign CLM
What is DocuSign CLM?
SpringCM was acquired by DocuSign in 2018. A significant investment has been made into enhancing the contract lifecycle management platform, which includes changing the SpringCM platform name to DocuSign CLM, and including it in the suite of products DocuSign offers.
The CLM platform allows organizations to automate manual tasks, orchestrate complex workflows, and eliminate unnecessary risk.
You have CLM.CM if you access the product through https://login.springcm.com.
You have CLM if you access the product through https://account.docusign.com.
How do I contact Support?
Cases can be opened with the Support team by logging into the DocuSign Support Center.
Click on the LOG IN button in the upper right-hand side of the Support Center header. Continue the login process according to the version of CLM that you have.
If you have a DocuSign eSignature account and you are logged into the Support Center with your DocuSign eSignature account credentials, you will need to log out, clear your cache and cookies, and then log in with your alternate Support Center credentials here: https://support.docusign.com/en/acct1login.
If you need to be logged in for Support for DocuSign eSignature and CLM simultaneously, you will need to use an incognito or private browsing window (or another browser) for one of the two products.

How do I engage with the Community?
DocuSign CLM customers can log into the DocuSign Community, comment, and create new posts, using the same credentials for logging into the DocuSign Support Center.
