Support for DocuSign CLM

What is DocuSign CLM?

SpringCM was acquired by DocuSign in 2018. A significant investment has been made into enhancing the contract lifecycle management platform, which includes changing the SpringCM platform name to DocuSign CLM, and including it in the suite of products DocuSign offers.

The CLM platform allows organizations to automate manual tasks, orchestrate complex workflows, and eliminate unnecessary risk.

How do I contact Support?

Cases can be opened with the Support team by logging into the DocuSign Support Center. Please ensure that you are selecting Other Products in the top right drop down menu to log in. If you have a DocuSign eSignature account and you are logged into the Support Center with your DocuSign eSignature account credentials, you will need to log out, clear your cache and cookies, and then log in with your alternate Support Center credentials here: https://support.docusign.com/en/acct1login
If you need to be logged in for Support for DocuSign eSignature and CLM simultaneously, you will need to use an incognito or private browsing window (or another browser) for one of the two products.

If you are a DocuSign CLM customer without "Other Products" login credentials for the DocuSign Support Center, please email DSCProvisioning@docusign.com for assistance. If you are part of the CLM Partner Program please visit our Contacting Partner Support article for instructions on filing a Support case.

How do I engage with the Community?

DocuSign CLM customers can log into the DocuSign Community, comment, and create new posts, using the same credentials for logging into the DocuSign Support Center.
