DocuSign Signature Appliance - FIPS v8 LCD Touch Screen Issue

Product:
The DocuSign Signature Appliance – v8 FIPS hardware only 

Symptom:
The LCD screen on the DocuSign Signature Appliance (v8 FIPS) should activate when the LCD screen is touched. In some cases however, it does not respond despite the server being turned on.

Reason:
The drivers require an update

Resolution:
For customers on a valid subscription, please contact support.arx@docusign.com to receive a driver update which will resolve the issue.
