The DocuSign Rooms API allows you to integrate DocuSign Rooms into your app, workflows and more.

How do I get started with the Rooms API / How do I get access to the Rooms Demo environment?

Because Rooms integrates eSignature functionality, you must have an existing developer eSignature account before you can create a Rooms developer account.

  • Create a eSignature developer account
  • Contact DocuSign to request a Rooms account via and provide all required information

Once my Rooms Demo account has been created, how do I access it?

If this is the first time you are accessing your Rooms demo account go to and login to your eSignature developer account. Then follow the step 4 in this guide

How do I Go Live with my Rooms Integration Key?

Does the Rooms API have an hourly limit?

Rooms API limits are set per Integrator Key (1000 per hour by default) and are separate from eSign limits.
