Common signing issues
DocuSign email notifications may be blocked by either your email server, firewall, email provider, or email client.
Senders control how often reminders to sign are sent.
When signing a document, once all required fields have been completed, the Finish button will appear. If the Finish button is not appearing, it is due to one or more incomplete required fields.
The first time you click a SIGN or INITIAL field, you are asked to adopt a signature and initials.
Once you have completed signing you will be prompted to download or print your signed document.
You might be prompted to provide supporting documentation to the sender by uploading or faxing a document to the DocuSign® envelope during the signing process.
When signing with the DocuSign Mobile App for iOS, Android, or Windows Phone, you may be prompted to rotate your phone to draw the signature.
In some cases you might prefer to sign a document using pen on paper. The Print & Sign allows you to sign documents on paper and then return them by upload or fax.
