Does my DocuSign subscription plan automatically renew?

In order to provide uninterrupted service, your monthly or annual DocuSign subscription automatically renews on your billing anniversary date to the latest equivalent plan until you cancel.

8.2.3   Subscription Term and Automatic Renewals. DocuSign’s Subscription Plans automatically renew unless otherwise noted. If you purchase a Subscription Plan it will automatically renew, unless, prior to the end of the current period of effectiveness of the Subscription Plan (“Subscription Term”): (a) you terminate your Account; (b) you set your Account not to auto-renew; (c) DocuSign declines to renew your Subscription Plan; or (d) these Terms are otherwise properly terminated as expressly permitted herein. Each renewal period is a “Renewal Term.” Subscription Plan fees and features may change over time and we may recommend a new Subscription Plan that is comparable to your previous Subscription Plan that is ending. If you accept the new Subscription Plan, its terms and conditions with these Terms will apply in the Renewal Term and thereafter.

Enterprise and Commercial Customers
An "Auto Renewal" email notification will be sent to the DocuSign Admin, the Billing Contact, and the Renewal Manager 90 days from the Renewal Due Date. If this is correct, no further action is needed. For your convenience, this Auto Renewal and any future Auto Renewals will include any existing or subsequent Add On Orders. We will renew your subscription and an invoice will be sent to your billing contact. However, if you would like to Renew with different Terms, please do so by replying to this "Auto Renewal" email without modifying the Subject Line and CC your Renewal Manager.
