When logging in or clicking links in DocuSign you receive the error "Application Error. Sorry, there was a problem loading the application. Please try again."

Solution

In most cases this error is caused by cached information in your web browser.  To troubleshoot the issue follow the steps below.  Test after each step:
  1. Clear the cookies and cache in your browser, then restart your browser. 
  2. Try to login in incognito mode
