How do I enable Salesforce Work Orders in Connect?
IssueSalesforce has added a standard object called Work Order. The DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce default connection to the production URL for Salesforce connect, does not accommodate this object. DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce Admins will need to ensure they are selecting Salesforce API version 39.0.
SolutionFirst, follow these steps in Add DocuSign Status to a Custom Object.
Once complete, follow these steps to enable DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce for Work Orders.
- In the DocuSign Web App, navigate to Settings.
- Select Connect in the left panel.
- Select Salesforce.
- Click Reconfigure Login.
- Make sure 'Salesforce SOAP Web Services API Version' is 39
- Insert your username and password, with security token depending on organization settings.
- Click Save.
Work Orders will now be available to add to Salesforce Connect Objects.
