Symptom

You have not received a registration email after signing up for the Signature Appliance Trial.

Note: The email should arrive from the email address docusign@docusign.com.

Resolution

Please verify that the email was not routed to the user’s Spam or Junk E-mail folder.

Note: If the user has still not received the email, log in to submit a Support case and select Signature Appliance (DSA) as the category. Please include a brief explanation of the problem in the description.
