Update Salesforce Credentials in DocuSign

Note: If DocuSign Envelope statuses are not writing back to Salesforce or all Merge Fields are failing to populate with Salesforce data, please try these steps:
  1. As a DocuSign Administrator, login to DocuSign.
  2. Click to your Profile Image, click Preferences, then click Connect.
  3. Choose Salesforce to work with the DocuSign Connect for Salesforce configuration.
  4. Click Configure Login.
  5. Enter Salesforce Administrator Email
  6. Enter Salesforce Administrator Password.
Note: The password can include a Salesforce security token (Password{token}).
  1. Re-enter your password and optional security token.
  2. Select Save.
