Embedded Sending or Signing Loads Blank


  • An iFrame loads blank/empty.
  • F12 browser developer tool indicates "Refused to display {URL} in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'."


  1. Try an alternate browser.
  2. Make sure the browser is set to allow third party cookies. Note: If you do not have permissions, please contact your IT department to make this change.
Internet Explorer
  1. In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
  2. Select the Privacy tab, and select Advanced
  3. Under Third party Cookies choose Accept
  4. Check Always allow session cookies.
  5. Select OK.
  1. Select Preferences.
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. Select Cookies and website data option.
  4. Choose either:
    1. Allow from websites I visit: Safari accepts cookies and website data only from websites you visit. Safari uses your existing cookies to determine whether you have visited a website before. Selecting this option helps prevent websites that have embedded content in other websites you browse from storing cookies and data on your Mac.
    2. Always allow: Safari lets all websites, third parties, and advertisers store cookies and other data on your Mac.
Google Chrome
  1. Select the Chrome menu icon Chrome menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.
  4. In the Privacy section, click Content settings.. button.
  5. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  6. ​Click Done.
