Upgrading or cancelling your DocuSign subscription through Google Play

If you purchased a paid DocuSign subscription from within the DocuSign Android app, your DocuSign subscription is being managed through Google Play.

If you would like to upgrade or cancel your current DocuSign plan, you must follow the steps outlined below.

  1. From the DocuSign App, tap the Menu icon, tap Account, and then tap MANAGE PLAN.
  2. Tap CANCEL, then tap Yes to confirm the cancellation. Don't worry, you will not lose access to your completed documents or any documents currently routed for signature. Your plan will be moved to a Free Edition until you complete your upgrade.
  3. Upon the RENEWAL DATE, you will be eligible to upgrade your plan to any DocuSign paid plan online or from within the app.

    Note:.To upgrade on the date, log in to your account at www.docusign.net and click the Upgrade button in the top right-hand corner.
  4. To upgrade your plan prior to the renewal date in Google Play, please contact DocuSign Customer Support at websupport@docusign.com and we will be happy to assist you.
