I got an email from someone to sign a document. The email also says :Alternate Signing MethodVisit DocuSign.com, click 'Access Documents', and enter the security code: ... However, I cannot find that link or button. No choice for "security code" when choosing to sign a document.
Is it possible to use docusign to prove document origination, in that, will a timestamp on a document be able to be verified as authentic to a document signed with docusign on a certain date? I am trying to have proof that a certain creative/intellectual work was made on a certain date, thanks for the input

Hi, I have a client need to sign a e-contract for property purchase. She is living in Australia, but currently having holiday in Taiwan. The developer had sent the contract to sign via dousign.She cannot open the file in Taiwan, while her husband who lives in Australia received the contract and able to proceed to sign it. Have any of you encountered this problem before?
I received a document to be initialed in one location and signed in another. I clicked the initial box first wrote in my initials, then clicked the box to sign and my initials automatically populate instead of my signature with no way of changing this. I’ve tried on my iPhone and my windows desktop and I cannot find a way to change or edit the signature in the document. I’ve added new signatures to my docusign account but they do not show up either. I’ve been fighting with this for like three hours and can’t get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
We have two domains using the same Identity provider. Is there a way to have the Just in time provisioning set up to add the users from domain A to a different GUID than Domain B or is that not possible. we have separate accounts in our Org for each of these domains and want to keep the users separated until we are able to merge the domains and change all users email.
We are needing to edit our Bank name in documents in our templates that we have uploaded. Can someone direct me to where I can find how to do this? I don’t want to have to redo all of my forms that have required fields it them. I am new to this, so I am struggling. Thanks!
Hi team,Over the last few days, when I download a signed envelope to my computer, the pdf is automatically becoming password protected. I have no idea what the password would be. Any ideas on why this is happening? It’s only affecting me out of our whole team.
Hi,The envelop I sent to others to sign has been missing one last signature. I tried to re-send it to the last signee, but the envelop no longer comes up in ‘Waiting for others’ or anywhere else. But if I click the ‘Review Document’ button included in the DocuSign notification email titled ‘ xxxxxxx reviewed Contract XZY’, I could see the document. What could be the issue and how can I locate my missing envelope? Thank you,Miho
One of our users cannot see any envelopes in the inbox after January of this year. I have tried the usual remedies, but those have not worked.
