We have a Salesforce object with a few record types. The object has a picklist with just few values available per record type. When have configures a template per the object record type in Docusign. I created a merge field that would write back to the salesforce picklist. I provided values I wanted to see in the list value yet I always see all possible values for the picklist.Is there a way to narrow them down just to the one I have configured on the template?
I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope?
Hello, can we organise within an envelope, a chain of approvers/signatures (internal to the company) with a final receiver of the document/report, who does not see all approval steps inherent to DocuSign ? or do we have to foresee a separate emailing of report to this final receiver ? thank you for your suggestion.

Is it possible to use the custom fields as a placeholder inside email to fill some data dynamically. So that the creator of envelope just fills in the information in the custom field and it will be used in the email body/subject etc..
Is it possible to force capitalization on words in Text (short-text) fields or have it change to capitalization upon save in eSignature? e.g. first name, last name.Thank you!

Hi,I sent a document with a text field instead of a date field as this is mandatory where a date field is not.My client couldn’t complete the document with a text field. It kept coming up red and would not finish the document.I resent the document without the text field and my client completed it successfully.Any ideas what is going on here?ThanksKaz
I have a document I need to sign but I have not received the code via phone all to access it. I have tried multiple times and even used the alternate method and still no success. How do I get access to sign this necessary document?
