Your Texas electronic seal (provided by Docusign) is uploaded to the Texas Secretary of State's website in the following formats: BMP, JPEG, PNG, or TIF.

To obtain an image of your Texas electronic seal, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Docusign account that you use for RON
In the upper right corner, click on the circle that will either contain your initials or a human icon
Click on "My Preferences" in the menu
Click on "Notary Public" on the left pane
Take a screenshot of your electronic seal and save it in one of the following accepted formats
If, after following these instructions, you cannot locate your Texas electronic seal, ensure you have correctly set up your online notary profile or contact your Docusign administrator.
