Why can't I log into the Chrome Extension?

Issue:

When logging in to the Chrome Extension, the following error occurs: "There was a problem accessing DocuSign. Follow the steps in this Help Article, then try again.

Solution:

Note: The account must have access to the Classic DocuSign Experience to follow these steps. If you do not have access to the Classic DocuSign Experience, please log in to the DocuSign Support Center using your DocuSign credentials and submit a Support Case.

  1. From the Classic DocuSign Experience, click your profile image, then click Preferences.

  2. Under Member Profile, click Connected Apps.

  3. Click Revoke, then click OK to remove any connected apps related to Google Chrome.

  4. Log out of DocuSign, then attempt to log into the Chrome Extension again.
