DocuSign Transaction Rooms - Setting up your profile

Your Transaction Rooms profile contains your name, photo, contact information, and social media links. This information is available to everyone you connect with through Transactions in DocuSign Transaction Rooms.

Setting up your profile

Set up your profile using your web browser

  1. From the home screen, click the round portrait in the top right-hand corner.
  2. From the drop down, select Settings.
  3. On the "My Account" tab, enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company Information.
  4. Enter your Social Media information.
  5. Select the time zone in which you do business so all of your documents have the correct time stamp.
  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

Set up your profile using your tablet

  1. From the home screen, tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company Information.
  4. Enter your Social Media information.
  5. Tap Time Zone and select the time zone in which you do business so all of your documents have the correct time stamp.
  6. When finished, tap SAVE in the top right-hand corner.

Set up your profile using your smartphone

You can change your associated email address in the mobile app on your smartphone. A tablet, PC, or Mac is required to change other profile information.

  1. From the home screen, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS, tap Email.
  4. Enter your preferred email address. Reenter the email address and tap SAVE.
  5. A verification email will be sent to the new address, follow the instructions provided to verify the email address.

Adding profile images

Adding a professional photo and company logo to your profile enhances your personal brand. Your profile information is shared with everyone you work with in DocuSign Transaction Rooms, making it convenient for people to connect with you.

Add a photo using your web browser

  1. From the home screen, click the round portrait in the top right-hand corner.
  2. From the drop down, select Settings.
  3. On the My Account tab, scroll to and click Change Photo or Change Logo.
  4. Navigate to the preferred photo and click Open.
  5. Adjust the crop settings as desired, then click Save.

Add a photo using your smartphone or tablet

  1. From the home screen, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Tap Settings, then tap Profile Picture / Profile Photo.
  3. Tap the preferred option. If Choose Existing Photo is selected, navigate to and tap the photo. If Take New Photo / Take Photo is selected, tap the Shutter icon to take the picture, then tap Use Photo.
  4. Adjust the crop settings as desired, then tap Choose.
  5. When finished, tap SAVE.
