How to Send Envelopes From a Generic User Using Custody Transfer Rules

DocuSign's terms and conditions (as agreed to by customers during the sales process) include this important item: User Login's cannot be shared by various people. For the sake of sending envelopes in the DocuSign web application, you should not setup a “company@domain.com” type user and have multiple people share the credentials to login with it. Not only would this be a way that you're not able to keep someone personally responsible for the work they did (because our Audit Logs would only show that generic user having done the work, not a particular person), but it's a direct violation to the policy we set forth for security reasons.

Attached screenshots (3) from the fine print that customers must agree to when signing up for a DocuSign Account showing definitions of a User/Authorized User, and also that it’s not OK for users to share login’s here:

Problem:
How do we send envelopes from a generic user in light of this? Such as from "Marketing@Company.com"?

Solution:
Have individual user logins or Members of the Account added to the Account. Then set up a Custody Transfer Rule that moves envelopes "Prior to first send" to the Marketing@company.com user. So that essentially Envelopes do indeed come from the Marketing User, but each individual logs into the web app as themselves, sends their envelopes, and that history of work is captured in our envelope history per Envelope! Further, use Envelope Sharing so that users can see the Marketing User's Envelopes if necessary or helpful.
