To send a document to your Inbox, simply attach the document to your email and enter the Transaction Room Inbox email address in the To field. Once the email is sent, the document will appear in your Transaction Room Inbox.
Note: The Transaction Room Inbox email address can be found at the top of the Inbox tab or in the Settings tab under the menu item Inbox Details.
DocuSign Transaction Rooms support email subject commands you can use to:
To send a document to a specific transaction room, set your email subject line to " #TRANS-ID ", where " TRANS-ID " is the transaction room ID displayed in the transaction room's property panel.
Note: You may also click on the transaction room ID to begin composing the email with the subject filled in for you.
When the email is sent to your DocuSign Transaction Room Inbox email address, it is automatically added to the transaction room with that transaction room ID.
To convert an email message into a PDF and store it in DocuSign Transaction Rooms, begin your email subject line with "#PDF" and send it to your Transaction Rooms Inbox email address. DocuSign Transaction Rooms converts the email message to a PDF and stores it in your Inbox, where it is available to use in your transactions.
You can convert an email message to a PDF and send it directly to a Transaction Room by including "#TRANS-ID #PDF" at the beginning of your email subject, where "TRANS-ID" is the Transaction Room ID.
To add a title to this document with a transaction room, please type that title after #TRANS-ID #PDF. For example, #242617 #PDF Disclosure Agreement.
Note: there does need to be a space between the #TRANS-ID, #PDF, and the PDF's title.
