Connect - Envelope Publish - If it is Missing and How to Enable

Issue

An account administrator is unable to locate the Envelope Publish function. This function allows an administrator to generate and filter a list of envelopes created under the account.
It is commonly used to retroactively publish and restore the status information to a DocuSign for Salesforce integration, as well as envelope custody transfer within the
Classic Experience interface. Please review the following infographics for the path to each expected interface location.

Resolution

1. If either option listed in image 1 or image 2 above is absent, an administrator will need to speak with your account manager or DocuSign Customer Support to enable
the features Allow Connect Envelope Publish and/or Allow Connect. These features control whether the Publish and Connect functions are available on an account, respectively.
If the Connect option is not available, the best avenue is to speak directly with your account manager, because most account plans will have restrictions on this setting
and their approval will be required.

2. If the Custody Transfer selection depicted in image 3 is absent, an administrator will need to speak with your account manager or DocuSign Customer Support to
enable the feature Allow Envelope Custody Transfer. This account configuration item controls whether the interface to transfer envelopes between users is available
on an account.
