As a Sender, why am I not seeing any tags to apply to document?
There are two primary reasons why a sender may not be able to add tags/fields to a document:
- No Recipients have been defined. You must add at least one Recipient before you're able to add tags/fields.
- Express Send is enabled for your membership.
Adding recipients to the envelope should allow you to assign tags/fields to them. If this does not resolve your issue, your Account Administrator may have "Express Send" enabled for your membership.
Your Admin can find this setting under Permissions as a checkbox labeled as "Can add fields" in the New DocuSign experience.
